You may be very wise and think you are immune to money making scams but unfortunately, they exist everywhere and the scammers are getting better and better.
Types of Scams
An online scam can come in the form of many types of fraud. From gaining access to your personal information, to providing you with something that was not as described.
Credit card fraud
Spoof emails claiming to be from official companies
False auctions
Get rich quick opportunities, draw the fine line between scams and opportunities. There are many on the internet, that are hard to class as scams because of the way the creator of them describes what they are offering.
The only way to not get sucked into a get rich quick scam, is to apply the old saying, " if something seems to good to be true, it probably is".
I am not saying that all make money online opportunities are scams, far from it.
How will I know if a make money online opportunity is legitimate?
You can check out an opportunity by checking them out on good old Google. You could even try forums to see if anybody has already tried it.
It is only my opinion, but I believe the way to make money, is to find a niche and make it your own. Create a way of doing something that is better than your competitor. There's nothing wrong with getting involved with an opportunity that already exists. Use free resources sites that help you to earn money for free and give impartial advice.
